1st Recipe:
Banana 'Nice' Cream
Prep Time: 6 hrs 1 minute
2-5 FROZEN bananas
1 teaspoon almond milk (optional)
Food Processor
Cut the bananas in small pieces and blend them in your processor until you have a creamy ice-cream texture.
I usually peel off the banana peels before throwing them in a glass bowl and freezing it overnight or 6+ hours. It works much better when you peel them before freezing them.
If you have any doubts, please TRY THIS RECIPE first! It's literally so simple and so good-you don't have to suffer the consequences of dairy or too rich desserts. The ice cream turns out JUST like the ice cream texture, and it's SO GOOD.
BTW, If you're wondering why it's called nice cream, say the words 'banana' and 'ice cream' together, it'll sound like 'nice cream' at the end. ;)
2nd Recipe
Prep Time:15 minutes
You might've seen these in the health stores recently, as it's a pretty new fad. But if you look at it, it's super expensive, and you don't really want to be spending all that money. Don't worry though--it's really easy to DIY
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Baking Tray
Wax Paper
Oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare your kale on some wax paper on a baking tray. Take the olive oil and mix it with the kale. Sprinkle the sea salt on top. Once your oven's ready, put in your kale in for 10-15 minutes.
If you like, you can also adjust the oil/salt/kale ratio. Each oven is different, and there are so many factors that'll affect your chips' overall texture and taste, so make sure you adjust accordingly. Check your oven to make sure it turns out ok (y)
